Our work is custom and time-based. Deposits are refundable in full if work has not yet started. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated for the portion not yet done.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before an event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit to cover committed costs.
Email [email protected] with your payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Digital deliverables (designs, media files, websites) are delivered electronically to your email or agreed channel. Event services are delivered at the agreed venue and date. Delivery timelines are confirmed per project before payment.
